Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We offer domestic and international shipping where available.
International customers are responsible for:

Aqua Glasses is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aqua Glasses is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Aqua Glasses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.
6. Returns & Refunds
At Aqua Glasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
Refunds

If approved:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aqua Glasses is not responsible for lost return shipments.
